Makeup and hair are an essential part of your Hush Boudoir experienced. My hand-picked makeup artists are professionally trained and the best in the area. But most importantly, they love working on boudoir sessions! They’ll help you relax and make you feel like a goddess on your session day.
HAIR + MAKEUP
We are going to get to know each other, which for me just happens to be the best part of the experience. I’ve been changed by the fearless women I’ve had the pleasure of working with. With passion, I strive to a create a safe environment to offer my clients to feel free of the all the outside pressures of modern day life. Because of this I have been able to see transformations in women that have in turn transformed me. Underneath it all, we are all beautiful and we are fearless.
This process can begin with an email, a phone call or an in person meeting. Expect that I will take the time to get to know you and answer any questions or any concerns you may have.
GETTING TO KNOW YOU.
Once your session is booked, we’ll begin the Boudoir experience with a private Pinterest Mood Board. We’ll be able to share ideas on clothing, lingerie, hair & makeup looks and just about anything that makes your heart sing.

At this time we will also discuss the Hush Boudoir Service Agreement. Did you know that a model release is 100% optional? Yep, it is. Which means your images are safe with me and I’d never ask anyone to sign one until after they’ve viewed their images. Oh, and they are customizable . . . but we’ll talk about all that later.
BEFORE YOUR SHOOT.
I will guide you through all poses during your shoot. Don’t feel like you need to know how to model! I will have certain poses in mind for your wardrobe, body type and from the mood boards we created especially for you. This is the perfect time to relax, have fun and let me do the work. The session will have a light, informal feel that creates a fun, rememberable experience.
DURING YOUR SHOOT.
Most clients are! But please don’t worry – I will guide you through each pose and I am here to make you comfortable and feel beautiful! When you arrive for your session, you’ll get started with makeup and hair. We’ll provide you with a mimosa, throw on some fun music you love and the makeup artist will get to work! I will be there with you and chatting about outfits choices, accessories, the latest episode of Nashville.
ARE YOU NERVOUS?
About two weeks after your shoot, I will contact you for a viewing session. This is where you will choose you album images. Oh, and this album . . . gorgeous! Seriously, gorgeous. We can also discuss any additional items you’d like to purchase.
About a week later, your gorgeous products will arrive at your doorstep.
AFTER THE SHOOT.
INCLUDES:
1. Stunning Makeup and Hair Styling.
2. A Pre-Session consultation by phone or over a cup of coffee with styling and Pre-planning tips.
3. Total Session guidance ~ from wardrobe through posing.
4. Minimum of 30 fully retouched final images for review in an online gallery.
5. Post Session Viewing with album image selection.
6. Custom Designed Premium Bound Album

In June, I the wonderful experience of having a boudoir session with Shana. I was so nervous, and felt a bit like “wait, what am I doing here” on the day of it. But once I met Shana (who I didn’t meet until that day), I felt instantly at ease with her professionalism, friendliness and genuine personality. Doing the boudoir photo shoots was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was super nervous to be in front of someone in lingerie and have my photo taken but Shana made me feel so comfortable!
